About

I’m Marc van Ling, an Executive Search Consultant and founder with over 20 years of international experience helping companies build high-performing teams. I founded and led two recruitment agencies in the UK and Poland, delivering executive search and specialist hiring for global organisations and fast-growing companies. I’ve partnered with clients including Apple, Raytheon, TK Maxx, and Raytheon Technologies.

Based in Warsaw, I’ve delivered recruitment and executive search projects across more than 20 countries. I worked closely with Apple for over 10 years, recruiting product trainers, technical specialists, and senior talent across 12 countries in the EMEA region, supporting the growth of their training teams.

My experience spans both external executive search and in-house talent acquisition within a AI / Data Analytics scale-up, giving me a practical understanding of hiring from both advisory and operational perspectives. I’ve also mentored founders and leadership teams through programmes with Google Launchpad, and enjoy supporting organisations as they grow, scale, and build strong leadership capability.
