Operations Manager, Poland Location: Warsaw  Job status: Permanent / Full time Start: ASAP

The company, established in 2008, is a provider of cloud technology in the field of information management, offering management solutions and applications for casinos and arcades globally. Their Polish operations are in the start-up phase and they have secured one large stable client in Poland that will be responsible for their growth in the coming years.

Their products and applications are designed to improve security for data collection and management, and offer tools that increase operational and organizational efficacy. The company supports governments, casino network operators and slot game salons, manufacturers of gaming machines and AWP operators in over 20 countries. Their IoT devices sends data from over 40 countries, they use billions of data obtained from players, machines in real time to create a reliable information package allowing to increase revenues and the engagement.

My client is seeking a hands on Operations Manager, Poland to manage and scale its operations.You would be the main peson of the company in Poland. We need a person who excels in client service/ CRM and with experience in logistics / inventory management e.g. installs of hardware, IoT devices. This is a purely operations role and you will be involved in scaling the company's operations from a start-up phase. There is one stable client and there is no need for sales or business development functions.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial profile with successful experience in building diverse teams - tech, installers, IT support, developers  etc. The software team would be working solely on an existing system and there's no new product development. You will have previous experience meeting with clients, accepting their requirements, listening to their complaints and finding solutions. 

Tasks and Responsibilities
● Assume overall responsibility of Poland projects and operations
● Provide a daily performance report to Global COO
● Ensure proper training and performance of all Poland team members
● Manage inventory
● Supervise all hardware installations operations including quality control, certification, go live testing and post go live testing
● Ensure proper training and performance of all Poland team members
● Manage customer relationship with key stakeholders
● Receive and execute OEM sales orders
● Serve as administrative product lead in all R&D development
● Master the terms and conditions of the Client Agreement so as to be the garant of the success of this project

● 10 years' experience in technology companies, ideally with a background in international startups of circa 50 employees
● Successful track record in project management as well as operations management and implementation
● Experience in managing teams of 10-15 persons
● Experience in helpdesk and technical support management
● Experience in managing and executing complex SLA will be highly considered
● Experience in casino or gaming industries will be highly considered
● PMP or other related certificates is a plus

● Base salary: 15,000-20,000 PLN per month
● Bonus package based on SLA Performance of Client Agreement
