The Role: Partner Expansion Manager
As the Partner Expansion Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding the franchise network across Poland. Working closely with the company’s founders, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding new franchise partners—specifically those interested in owning and operating coffee vending machines. This is a dynamic, growth-focused role with the potential for increased responsibilities and career advancement as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard franchise partners.
- Identify and engage prospective franchisees, presenting tailored solutions for investing in coffee vending machines.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with franchisees and business partners.
- Collaborate closely with the founders to align on market strategy and expansion goals.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales, franchise development, or business expansion.
- Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate, communicate, and build relationships.
