Senior Sales Manager - SaaS Retail Sector

My client is looking for a talented SaaS Senior Sales Manager to join the Global Sales Team in Warsaw, Poland.

You will help strengthen their presence in Poland and be solely responsible for sales in the country. For the short term there are plans to hire 2 people and as their pipeline and sales increase within a few years there will be opportunities to grow the team.

We’re looking for someone who wants to develop the international sales of world-class SaaS CRM and Loyalty solutions. You will be a highly driven person with at least 5 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience and a track record of growing and closing sales leads. The accounts you will develop will be high value and you will work with the London technical team to ensure clients' satisfaction is high during the delivery period where their employees will be trained in the software.

Operating in over 15 countries providing a SaaS CRM platform, they help their clients, e.g. owners of shopping centres, build powerful loyalty programs to identify and engage their customers. They have a unique offering with a proven business model and excellent client case studies; over 1,500 retail brands trust and use their technology.

What we’re looking for - 

  • 3-5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Strong sales track-record
  • Fluent Polish speaker with very good English
  • Excellent relationship and networking skills
  • Motivated, self-starter who can work independently and within a sales team
  • Be the face of the company at events and conferences
  • Travel for face to face meetings within Poland and occasionally to the London head office
  • Knowledge of the shopping centre real estate market; shopping centre or retail / CRM / loyalty marketing is a plus but not essential

Responsibilities:

  • Follow consultative sales methodologies in defining needs analysis, qualification and presenting the value proposition to potential clients
  • Develop the pipeline using a detailed approach to the SaaS sales method
  • Write and deliver great sales proposals tailored to customers’ needs
  • Develop local client business case studies, becoming an expert within the territory
  • Develop solutions-led RFP responses and new business pitches for major clients - grounded in insights and industry knowledge
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with prospective clients from pre-sales through through to signing the contract
  • Manage regional sales growth targets, including sales pipeline and forecast management
  • Future- grow a sales team within your region
