Our exclusive UK client, Innovation Visual - a Platinum HubSpot Partner, is looking to employ a HubSpot Specialist in Poland to work remotely for their UK and international clients.
We are a growing specialist digital marketing agency that focuses on strategic collaboration with clients in the search, content and digital effectiveness areas. We work with B2B and B2C clients and your focus would be on delivering inbound marketing for our B2B client base e.g. businesses in the 2 million to 150 million size bracket, in the UK and overseas.
We work for a range of clients to improve the way they perform online in order to increase sales and deliver brand awareness for them. We have offices in Elstead, Surrey but the team of 20 works from home, using the UK office as necessary. We are planning to have a Polish office location. We operate a co-operative environment where we work together to help achieve more, but can also work independently to achieve what is required of us.
What you’ll do -
Manage a number of client HubSpot accounts (we have clients ranging from Enterprise down to Starter in the various Hubs) by working with the client and delivery team to achieve their inbound marketing goals
Work with the team to formulate inbound marketing campaigns and then execute the components within them
Identify marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and drive new customer acquisition - with an implement, test, and measure and evolve mindset
Report on the performance of demand generation campaigns & advise on changes
Create and report on A/B testing and other optimisation activities to demonstrate increasing client ROI
Create, maintain and optimise marketing automation workflows and their components.
Create, maintain and optimise conversational marketing flows and email marketing campaigns
Manage the content placement process and quality to ensure clients goals are met
Analyse overall HubSpot performance and help them improve performance at all points to meet their KPIs
Liaise with other team members and clients to explain their performance reports
At least 3 years’ digital marketing experience
At least 2 years’ experience in using HubSpot Marketing Professional and / or Enterprise either in-house or within an agency role.
Experience of implementing lead scoring, marketing automation workflows
Good working knowledge of HubSpot at least Professional Marketing Hub level and Google Analytics and how to extract insights from data
Execute inbound marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients
Solid understanding and ability to deliver marketing automation
Ability to plan and map successful HubSpot campaigns
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
Very good written and verbal English skills
Ability to demonstrate achieving results through HubSpot and other digital marketing activities
Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude & the desire to achieve
Able to work remotely, based in Poland with occasional trips to UK
Experience of defining and planning lead scoring and marketing automation workflows within HubSpot
Experience and knowledge of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service at Enterprise level
9,000PLN to 14,000PLN B2B per month gross, depending on experience
