Experience / Skills
Essential - an in-depth working knowledge of fabricated assemblies, the steel fabrication industry and systems, estimating, and applied engineering skills. A career’s worth of knowledge.
A hands on engineer who can research, identify and qualify opportunities.
Present, define needs and potential solutions to senior local and international technical staff- Engineering Managers/ Directors etc.
Technical sales experience in the Tier One supplier market - selling technical solutions and products directly to OEMs.
BA Engineering and 10 years’ technical sales experience in weldments/fabrications/assemblies.
Direct experience in the development of estimates.
Able to work autonomously and is self-motivated.
Languages - fluent Polish, very good English. German - desirable.
Person - The right person must be process oriented, a critical thinker, technically oriented as well as understand and leverage the need for prompt, professional and succinct verbal and written communication (both internally and externally).
