We're looking for a a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join the Global Sales Team.

My client - Coniq is a dynamic, high growth UK-based SaaS company that provides total customer engagement and loyalty services to many of the world’s leading property developers, shopping centers and retailers. Coniq powers well over £1 billion of sales annually for its clients, with more than 20 million consumers shopping at 1,800 brands in 24 countries worldwide, and has offices in Europe, the US and the Middle East. We are looking for. This is an extremely exciting individual contributor role to grow the international sales of Coniq’s world-class SaaS based CRM and Loyalty solutions across the Polish and Eastern European territories.
You will help strengthen their presence in Poland and be solely responsible for sales in the country. For the short term there are plans to hire 2 people and as their pipeline and sales increase within a few years there will be opportunities to grow the team.

You are a candidate with a minimum of 3 years recent Enterprise SaaS sales experience and at least 5 years proven track record of nurturing and closing sales leads.
Fluency in business English & Polish is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Follow consultative sales methodologies in defining needs analysis, qualification and presenting the value proposition to potential clients
You will divide your time between visiting clients and attending events across this territory.
Drive the territory pipeline and results utilising a scientific approach to the SaaS sales method
Write and deliver great sales proposals tailored to prospective customers’ needs
Develop local client business case studies, becoming an expert within your geographic territory
Develop solutions-led RFP responses and new business pitches for major clients - grounded in insights and industry knowledge
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with prospective clients all the way through to signature of agreement
Manage regional sales growth targets, including sales pipeline and forecast management
Over time hire and grow a sales team within your region

3 years of proven and recent enterprise SaaS sales experience
Strong sales track-record (minimum 5 years) with demonstrable results
Native Polish speaker with fluent English
Hunter mentality to acquire new clients
Excellent relationship and networking skills
Motivated, self-starter who can work independently and within a sales team
Confidence in representing Coniq at conferences and events
Travel for face to face meetings within Poland and occasionally to the London head office
