We’re recruiting for an Office Manager role for this business that is setting up in Poland. My client is a global information company who are world-class experts in the pivotal areas shaping today’s business landscape: energy, economics, geopolitical risk, sustainability and supply chain management. Tasks
- Manage and build up a team of up to 30 staff (mainly graduates and some IT)
- Recruitment of graduate staff
- HR - staff assessment and reviews
- Dealing with accountants on company matters e.g. payroll, company accounts
- Purchase of office equipment, supplies etc.
- General day to day office management
- Project planning
Essential experience:
- Office management
- Good written and spoken English
- Project management experience (doesn't need to be IT)
Desirable experience:
- Work in a start-up or a rapidly expanding company
- Autocad systems
- Recruitment
- People management of graduates
