Essential
- Define, design and implement social media strategy
- Manage website - through our CMS system
- Manage blog, linkedin, twitter company accounts
- Increase engagement and generate leads
- Work closely with management
- Some knowledge of SEO
Person specification
- Ideally knowledge of recruitment or HR
- Online marketing experience
- Independent and accountable for own actions
- Track record of working on social media campaigns for private companies and delivering results
- Creative
- Analytical - able to present clear data on your own activities to date and also plan strategy
