About Us
Europe Solutions UK is an international recruitment and consultancy organisation run by owner manager - Marc van Ling.
Marc van Ling, Director
Marc worked as a Lecturer and Business Trainer prior to setting up Europe Solutions in 2006. He spent a number of years working in Warsaw, Poland and then returned to the UK and set up Europe Solutions. He's involved in mentoring young people who are looking to set up businesses and works with the University of Nottingham on their Entrepreneurship programme.
'I manage most of the projects at Europe Solutions and offer straightforward recruitment and export solutions to my clients. I've fulfilled the goals I set the company and now Europe Solutions is a sole supplier for key organisations in many sectors including retail, tourism, engineering and manufacturing. We have a network of business contacts in the CEE region and can offer a bridge from the UK to these markets. My values are based on integrity, continual improvement and always striving to add value to the client.'
The Recruitment Team
Our direct team comprises British and Polish recruiters based at our recruiting centre in Nottingham, UK. Our Polish branch is based in Warsaw. We have recruitment partners we work regularly with in all of the CEE countries.
